Our Dodge Ram 2500 is showing signs of needing replacements, all the parts are still original. So, last week our clutch went out. And we were baffled! What to do?? We're not mechanics.. well not me at least. I only worked on the older trucks, well as far as hot wiring and the gas system..
Since taking it to the shop is not an option, which would of been about $3000.00, and right now that's not in our monthly budget. So, Hubs called around and was told it could be Master and Slave Cly, that runs about 200.00.. that is no problem. We ordered and installation became an adventure. A six minute thing came to three days (per YouTube). As we found out Dodge Ram truck are a pain in the ass to fix, to many Dodge mechanics. Today our truck is running like a champ again. Thankfully, now the boys have their truck and I can go with mine to Arizona for the week.
